Paracetamol Paracetamol, is a common analgesic and antipyretic drug that is used for the relief of fever, headaches, and other minor aches and pains. Serratiopeptidase It is a proteolytic enzyme derived from serrati SPP. Serratiopeptidase is a proven proteolytic enzyme that exerts a direct mucolytic action breaks the mucus and promotes expectoration and helps in antibiotic penetration. Mechanism of Action Diclofenac Potassium The primary mechanism responsible for its anti-inflammatory/antipyretic/analgesic action is inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis by inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX). Paracetamol Paracetamol acts by reducing production of prostaglandins, which are involved in the pain and fever processes, by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme as aspirin does. Indications is used for musculoskeletal complaints, especially arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondylarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis), gout attacks, and pain management in case of kidney stones and gallstones. An additional indication is the treatment of acute migraines. Diclofenac is used commonly to treat mild to moderate post-operative or post-traumatic pain, particular when inflammation is also present, and is effective against menstrual pain. Dosage Contra Indication Hypersensitivity against diclofenac, History of allergic reactions (bronchospasm, shock, rhinitis, urticaria) following the use of Aspirin or another NSAID, Third-trimester pregnancy. Special Precautions Drug Interactions Adverse Effects Diclofenac is among the better tolerated NSAIDs.
